This Digital innovation extended to creating Digitised Work-Flow Management, Mobile Working in the field, live real-time work progress status updates, online Document Management and referencing, instant electronic reporting and digital site data for the Work Teams, Supervisors, Technicians and Management.
This quality and currency of data access enables the entire workforce to operate at optimum efficiency at all times, and in manner that minimises unnecessary hard documentation traffic, towards a paperless working environment, in line with K M Group's evironmental impact minimisation objectives.
All delivery personnel and crews are provided with IP65 internet enabled handheld devices.
This Digitisation has been extended to include Hire forms, Vehicle Condition Checks, Service, Maintenance and Repair work records and associated documentation, in response to the new challenges of the Pandemic.
The adoption of Digitial Information Management includes the utilisation of electronic Job Packs and Utility STATs, operated in conjunction with BSI PAS128 compliant processes and information gathering, for the presence of Underground Assets, Utility Services, Goverment Assets, Critical Infrastructure, Oi l& Gas Piplines, Service Mains, Undergroudn and below surface Apparatus, Electricity, Telecoms and Data Transmission Infrastructure and Waste or Trade Effulent infrastructure.
This facilitates the rapid exchange of pertinent site data between the Client and the K M Plant Work Team assigned to the works, whether Programmed Works, Planned Maintenace, scheduled routine repairs, preventative maintenance or in Emergency Response scenarios. The Team have vital data at their finger tips prior to arrival at site, so no time in wasted and the team can work to optimal efficiency.
All delivery personnel and crews are provided with IP65 Internet enabled handheld devices and can provide real-time work progress status updates to officed based support personnel and the Management team.
